Interested in selling your vinyl?

We do NOT buy CD's I'm afraid.

We're always happy to take a look at any good quality used vinyl. The artists/genres we are particularly interested in are (including but not limited to) ;

Rock
Metal
Grunge
Punk
New Wave
60's & 70's pop
Jazz

Audiophile Pressings

Currently we are not looking for;

Classical
Easy Listening
Musicals
Compilation albums

On occasion we are overwhelmed with some artists, like Elton John and Eric Clapton and so we may not always be able to take them in.

Ideally, we prefer vinyl to be in at least Very Good condition with no scratches. If in doubt, ask yourself "would I buy this?"

The price we pay depends on the titles and the condition. We're a business so we want to be able to sell items on at a profit. That said we're not in the business of ripping our customers off.

We generally offer around 50% of what the records would sell for in store.

We pay by credit against new stock or by bank transfer.

You can also drop your vinyl off in store. We'll get back to you with a value within a few days (depending on the size of the collection). We do not value whilst you wait unless there are only a couple of titles.

Finally, if your collection is huge - we will visit you to value provided you

are fairly local.
